CW : “What's

must submit complaints data to the packaging department so that the goods can
be sent immediately.”
CS : “Okay.”
CW : “What
about clothes that have patches?”
CS : “I've
compared photos before and after the clothes were washed and there are indeed a
few black spots on the arms.”
CW : “Maybe the
