C         : “Hi, I want to register a complaint regarding my laundry service on January 30th[2]
CS       : “I’m sorry to here[3] that. What has been the problem?”
C         : “I just checked my clothes and it turns out that my clothes are gone 1 and there is a black spot on my white shirt”
CS       : “Let me check if there are any problems when packing clothes. I need your memorandum number to make sure, do you have one?”
CS       : “Yes, the note number is NMD/234/442”
CS       : “Bailey Miller with 2 kg of total laundry?”
C         : “That's right”
CS       : “May I know what kind of clothes are missing?”
C         : “Black cardigan”
CS       : “Okay, I will check directly to the clothes storage. For white clothes, can you send a picture of the shirt by email? Because we have to compare it with the photo before washing to make sure.
C         : “Of course, what is the email address?”

CS       : “I got a new complaint from a customer that her shirt was missing one and there was a black spot on her white shirt.”
CW     : “From the data sent by[1] the storage section yesterday, there was indeed one black cardigan left because the worker forgot to put it in, was that the item?”
CS       : “It seems correct, she said earlier that she missing a black cardigan.”
CW     : “What's the note number and the date?”
CS       : “The number of the note is NMD/234/442. The service starts on January 30th[2]
CW     : “That's right, that is an item left behind. According to the rules[3], you must submit complaints data to the packaging department so that the goods can be sent immediately.”
CS       : “Okay.”
CW     : “What about clothes that have patches?”
CS       : “I've compared photos before and after the clothes were washed and there are indeed a few black spots on the arms.”
