CS       : Cusomer Service
C         : Customer

CS       : “Hello, Namada Laundry, how may i help you today?”
C         : “Hi, I want to register a complaint regarding my laundry service on January 30th”
CS       : “I’m sorry to hear that. What has been the problem?”
C         : “I just checked my clothes and it turns out that one of my clothes are gone and there is a black spot on my white shirt”
CS       : “Let me check if there are any problems when packing clothes. I need your memorandum number to make sure, do you have one?”
CS       : “Yes, the note number is NMD/234/442”
CS       : “Bailey Miller with 2 kg of total laundry?”
C         : “That's right”
CS       : “May [1]  I know what kind of clothes are missing?”
C         : “Black cardigan”
CS       : “Okay, I will [2]  check directly to the clothes storage. For white clothes, can you send a picture of the shirt by email? Because we have to [3]   compare it with the photo before washing to make sure.

Dialogue With a Co-worker On The Solution For The Said Complaint

CS       : Customer Service
CW     : Co-worker

CS       : “I got a new complaint from a customer, she said that [1] her shirt was missing one and there was a black spot on her white shirt. Can [2]  you help me?
CW     : “From the data sent by the storage section yesterday, there was indeed one black cardigan left because the worker forgot to put it in, was that the item?”
CS       : “It seems correct, she said earlier that she missing a black cardigan.”

CS       : “The number of the note is NMD/234/442. The service starts on January 30th“
CW     : “That's right, that is an item left behind. According to the rules, you must submit complaints data to the packaging department so that the goods can be sent immediately.”
